We welcome the announcement of the reopening of the Naas Sports Centre this week and wish to express our full support for its staff and directors in light of the recent events that led to its temporary closure.

We feel it is crucial for community leaders to stand in support of the Naas Sports Centre and its dedicated staff. Public support from us, as resident clubs, demonstrates our shared commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive space for everyone. Furthermore, we call on elected representatives to rally behind this invaluable community asset and ensure that those responsible are held to account.
As the sports clubs based at the Centre, we are united against intimidation of any kind and are dedicated to upholding the Centre as a positive environment for sport and recreation in Naas.
